Common problems Roofs and Guttering:

Leaking joints - Plastic.

If a leak develops at the joints of a plastic system, release the affected joint and lift it clear of the adjoining length - you may need to also release the adjacent support bracket.

If the gasket in the joint is sound, you can simply clean the gasket and the underside of the lifted section (use water with washing liquid to remove any hardened muck) and replace the section.
